Healy Pass

Healy Pass is located on the border of Co. Kerry and Co. Cork and passes through the Caha Mountains. It was built as a famine road in 1847 and is named after Timothy Michael Healy, the first Govenor General of Ireland. On clear days there are stunning views of Co. Kerry including Kilmakilloge Harbour, Lauragh and Glanmore Lake.
